terms and conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to your trip. “Tahiti Fete" is defined in this Agreement to include sales of the Tahiti Fete and if applicable, its employees, volunteers, affiliates, officers, directors, successors and assigns.

Your completed Registration and initial, non-refundable booking deposit that is subject to the amount registered for is required to secure your participation in the Tahiti Fete. Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. You may pay the remaining balance in full no later than the daye outlined in the current Tahiti Fete Rules. There is a $35 charge for returned checks.

All cancellation notices and requests for refunds must be emailed to puatahiti@aol.com no later than the cutoff date reflected in the rules. We offer a full refund if a cancellation is 60 days before the first day of the event less the non-refundable booking deposit. We offer a 50% refund if cancellation is 30 days before first day of the event less the non-refundable booking deposit. Within 30 days of the event there is no refund. Refunds may take approximately up to 6 weeks to process.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Tahiti Fete does not own, operate or control any person or entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, lodging facilities, airline, vessel or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, entertainment or sightseeing operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, Tahiti Fete is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party.

Participants are expected to exercise sound judgment, caution and consideration for people, places and things while at the event and to be attentive and responsive to the guidelines set forth by Tahiti Fete. Tahiti Fete reserves the right to cancel any registration with its sole obligation to refund all monies received by it for the Tahiti Fete. These terms and conditions can be changed only by a writing signed by an officer of Tahiti Fete (Pua Tokumoto or Heidi Tokumoto Dehnel).
